Japón conquistó el oro olímpico de gimnasia masculina por equipos en los Juegos de Río 2016, doce años después de haberle cedido el dominio a China, campeona en Pekín-2008 y Londres-2012, pero que finalizó tercera la final de este lunes, mientras que la medalla de plata fue para Rusia tras un desenlace vibrante.
El equipo japonés, liderado por el rey de la gimnasia internacional Kohei Uchimura, ya había abierto la senda del triunfo en el Mundial del año pasado, donde se proclamó campeón tras 37 años de sequía.
